Starling Psychological Services

Starling Psychological Services is a multidisciplinary mental health clinic offering affordable therapy services to adults and assessment services to children and teens. We offer services in person at our Broadview and Danforth office and online to anyone anywhere in Ontario and have been operating in the east end of Toronto since 2015.

Our clinic specializes in the treatment of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, and many other mental health concerns. We also see clients that are facing common life challenges including insomnia, difficulty managing stress, parenting challenges, grief and loss, and transitions in life and at work. We also offer comprehensive assessment of learning difficulties through psycho-educational assessments and also provide ADHD assessments for children and teenagers.

Our clinicians are easy to talk to and bring a warm and compassionate approach to therapy. We take a collaborative approach to counselling and work with our clients to set therapy goals and create a treatment plan to address them. Our team has extensive training and experience helping our clients to improve symptoms and develop the skills and strategies needed to make positive changes in their lives.
