Good Afternoon BIA Members,

 

I've just spoken with 311 and yes garbage will be picked up tonight - trucks may be delayed due to the snow conditions.  If your bins are not picked up please call 311 and make a report - they will send a truck out to you.  Okay so the challenge is where to put your bins.  311 has said that you need to cut a clearing in the sidewalk curb snow mound and place the bin in that flat clearing.  I know - this doesn't sound great and you've all been shovelling so much already.  Perhaps neighbouring businesses could work together and clear an area that you could share for your bin placements.  If you're sharing a space just make sure you have your street number on your bin so you can retrieve your correct bin.
