Kick Box Fusion...
It's hard to believe January is almost over, but February 1st is this Saturday, and with it comes a brand new Kick Box Fusion class run by Dana Fradkin at 10:15am! Running for 8 weeks, this is a class for the love of punching and kicking. A martial art fitness program that combines the styles of Kung Fu, Capoeira and Muay Thai with basic Kickboxing to make an exciting, unique and challenging one hour workout!

Zumba with Dione
We'd like to welcome Dione Mason as our newest Felinity staff member. While Lisa Catalano is in school this winter, Dione will be taking over our Zumba class on Thursday evenings at 7:30pm, so get ready to dance and sweat up a calorie burning storm!
